Personal training in Richardson.

The pain stopped. The strength never fully came back. This is where rehab hands off to training, coached by the people who saw the injury in the first place.

Where rehab hands off Programmed for your history Talk to a Specialist

What It Is

Rehab ends. Strength has to start.

Personal training here isn’t a template someone printed for you. It’s the phase after pain: strength, capacity, and the habits that make the fix hold. Coaching, in a clinic, by people who already know your history.

You did the rehab. The pain went away. Then the plan ended and you were left to work out the rest on your own, which is how the old problem finds its way back. That isn’t a discipline issue. You just needed a different kind of guidance than the one that got you out of pain.

So we coach it. Dr. Cole Cisneros, PT, DPT, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and an ISSA Specialist in Exercise Therapy, which means the person writing your program reads your injury history before they write a single set. Every program starts with an assessment of how you move, what you have been through, and what you actually want back. Then it gets adjusted as you get stronger.

Questions, Answered

Personal training, no mystery.

That is exactly who this was built for. Dr. Cole Cisneros, PT, DPT, is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and an ISSA Specialist in Exercise Therapy, so your program is written by someone who reads the injury history first. We load what is ready and train around what isn’t yet, and the plan changes as that line moves.

No. Plenty of people train with us without ever having been in pain. The advantage is what happens if something does flare up mid-program: you are already in a clinic, so it gets looked at properly instead of coached around.

Usually not. Training is coaching rather than treatment, so it generally sits outside what a health plan pays for. Coverage varies by service and by plan, and we will tell you exactly what applies to you before you start, so nothing lands as a surprise later. Ask us first: (972) 526-5693.
