Careers

Careers.

Full-time PT and PTA roles at our Richardson clinic. One-on-one care, real mentorship, and a team that meets every month to get better at the actual work.

Now hiring PTs and PTAs in Richardson.

You did not get licensed so you could run four people at once and chart through lunch.

You got licensed to find out why someone hurts, build a plan that actually fixes it, and watch them get their life back.

On Point Movement & Performance is a small, locally owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Richardson. We are hiring full-time, and our model is simple: patients are seen one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. You will see athletes, active adults, and older adults working to stay independent, which means your caseload stays interesting and your skill set stays broad.

  • Physical Therapist (PT), full-time, Richardson location
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), full-time, Richardson location

Every clinician here meets monthly to get better.

Not a lunch and learn. A standing education class for the whole clinical team.

Topics include joint mobilizations, neurodynamics, exercise progression and regression, and blood flow restriction, and the list keeps growing as the team does. Ask any other clinic you are considering whether they meet regularly to sharpen clinical skills. Most will not have an answer.

There are seven clinicians on staff, three of them Doctors of Physical Therapy. So when a case gets complicated, you have people to think out loud with. When you want to go deeper on your own, we support and reimburse CEUs.

What we offer.

  • Competitive compensation
  • Bonus and performance bonus opportunities
  • Health insurance
  • Retirement benefits and match options
  • CEU support and reimbursement
  • Structured mentorship and professional growth, including support for new graduates
  • Flexible scheduling
  • A supportive, team-oriented culture

We are trying to build careers here, not fill shifts. That means protecting your time and your energy so the patient in front of you gets your best.

Who does well here.

Clinical reasoning gets you in the door. What happens in the conversation is what makes the plan work.

Our strongest clinicians can explain a plan of care in plain language, tell a patient honestly what progression and visit frequency will look like, and earn enough trust that the patient actually follows through.

  • Licensed PT or PTA
  • Strong communicator
  • Comfortable discussing plan of care recommendations with patients
  • Confident educating patients on treatment progression and visit frequency
  • Able to build trust and patient buy-in
  • Growth-minded and team-oriented
  • Values one-on-one patient care
