Mobile outpatient therapy for aging adults in Richardson.

Home health ended, and the transfers, the walking, and the stairs still have work left in them. This is outpatient therapy that comes to the house and keeps going, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit.

What It Is

Home health ends. The work doesn’t.

Many families reach the same point. Home health has ended, or progress has plateaued, or the visits were too limited to meet the goals that actually mattered. The discharge paperwork says finished. Standing up from the low chair says otherwise.

This is where our mobile outpatient service picks up. A licensed physical therapist comes to the house and works on the things home health ran out of room for: safe transfers, gait training, balance and strength, and the fall prevention work that makes staying at home realistic.

It is outpatient therapy, delivered in the living room. Cause-first evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, and a plan with an endpoint the whole family can see. Caregivers are part of it, because the person helping with a transfer deserves to know how to do it safely too. And strength answers to use: the longer a leg stays out of the work, the more work it takes to bring it back.

Questions, Answered

Straight answers for families.

Our in-home visits cover Richardson, North Dallas, Dallas proper, Park Cities, Preston Hollow, Lakewood and East Dallas, Lake Highlands, and Garland. If the house sits near the edge of that map, ask us anyway. We’d rather give you a straight answer than leave you guessing.

We accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and United Healthcare. What any one plan covers for therapy delivered at home depends on that plan, and it isn’t something we’ll guess at. Send us the plan details and we’ll verify exactly what it covers before the first visit, so nothing on the bill comes as a surprise.

Not at all, and that’s the most common reason families call us. Home health is short term by design, and it often ends while there’s still real ground to cover on transfers, walking, and strength. We pick it up from there as outpatient therapy in the home, with goals set around what your parent still wants to be able to do. Call us at (972) 526-5693 and we’ll talk it through.
