We check what changed since last time.
A private session that belongs to you, with the full clinic behind it. No sharing your hour with three other people, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit.
What It Is
In-clinic concierge is private, one-on-one physical therapy at our Richardson clinic. The session is yours start to finish: no rotating between tables, no getting parked on a machine while your therapist starts somebody else.
You’ve probably had the other version. The appointment is technically an hour, and the part where someone actually put hands on you was a fraction of it. That isn’t you being picky. It’s the reason the plan stalled, and it’s why the same problem is still here.
This one is built for people who want clinic-based care: rehab after an injury, help with pain that won’t settle, access to equipment a living room doesn’t have, or the structure of a guided session that keeps you honest on the weeks you’d rather skip. Sessions typically run 40 minutes to a full hour, depending on what your plan calls for.

Questions, Answered
You aren’t shared. In a lot of clinics one therapist runs several patients at once, so your hour turns into a few minutes of hands-on work and a long stretch of exercises done by yourself in a corner. Here the session is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, in a private space with the full clinic available to you.
Sessions typically run 40 minutes to a full hour, depending on what your plan calls for that day. Wear whatever lets you move freely. Athletic or flexible clothing works best, so movement can be assessed properly and nothing restricts you partway through an exercise.
In Texas, Direct Access lets you see a licensed physical therapist for up to 30 days without a physician referral, and treatment beyond 30 days does need one. On the insurance side we accept Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Humana, and United Healthcare. Call us and we’ll verify your specific plan before your first visit: (972) 526-5693.
