Running Injury Treatment in Richardson
Stop Running Pain and Get Back to Training With Confidence
Running injuries can be frustrating and confusing. One person tells you to shorten your runs. Another recommends yoga. YouTube “experts” push a stretch or drill. A friend suggests new shoes. Meanwhile, the doctors you see aren’t able to provide care that’s specific to running mechanics or your goals.
With so many options, it’s easy to feel stuck. You might wonder, “What if I make the wrong choice?” That uncertainty often leads runners to delay treatment for months—or even years—while pain continues to interfere with training and daily life.
At On Point Movement and Performance, we help runners in Richardson identify the true cause of running pain and resolve it without surgery, injections, or long-term medications. Our approach focuses on restoring how your body moves, absorbs force, and generates power—so pain doesn’t keep coming back.
Running injuries aren’t just about where it hurts. They’re often caused by movement inefficiencies, strength imbalances, or loading errors that build up over time. Treating symptoms alone doesn’t solve the problem.
That’s why our one-on-one physical therapy includes detailed movement analysis, hands-on treatment, and individualized strength and mobility work. We use advanced regenerative and recovery technologies—such as dry needling, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy—when appropriate to reduce pain and support healing.
Our goal is to help you return to running with a clear plan, realistic milestones, and confidence in your body again.
