Larry Hernandez
LPTA SFMA, FMS, SMT, Dry Needling, Owner & CEO
He grew up in a small town, and those small-town values have always stayed with him—treating people with honesty, respect, and genuine care. He studied Kinesiology at Midland College and completed his physical therapy education at Odessa College. That background shaped his passion for helping people move better and feel confident in their bodies.
He is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (LPTA) with over 20 years of clinical experience helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve movement. He holds advanced certifications in SFMA (Selective Functional Movement Assessment), FMS (Functional Movement Screen), Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Dry Needling. These tools allow him to look beyond symptoms and address the root cause of pain while tailoring care to each patient’s comfort level and goals.
Core Values: Faith is the foundation of his life and influences how he treats people—with honesty, compassion, and respect. He believes in always learning and staying humble because a better understanding leads to better care. Clear communication is also very important to him, so patients feel heard, cared for, and confident in their plan.
“The fear of man lays a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is safe.” — Proverbs 29:25

What he loves most about working here is being able to truly listen to patients and spend the time needed to understand their concerns. The team is not rushed, which allows them to provide individualized care, clear education, and a plan that actually makes sense for each patient’s goals.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family—his wife Jen and their daughter Hannah—and they also foster. He loves staying active and enjoys pickleball and CrossFit in his free time.
